The Ottawa City Commission will hold a study session afternoon at City Hall. Among items of discussion will be the issuance of industrial revenue bonds to help in the renovation of a building in downtown Ottawa that holds some historical significance in Ottawa. City manager Richard Nienstedt explains the significance of 401 South Main.
He adds that there will be a restaurant, retail and office space and the upstairs would be renovated for some type of housing.
Also on the agenda, updating plans for the new Holiday Inn Hotel to be built in South Ottawa.
