Scary night for an Ottawa man. Early Saturday morning, 19-year-old Dawson Bruce was driving in the 3800 block of Utah Rd when he struck another 19-year-old Ottawa man that was attending a party in that area. According to the Franklin County sheriff’s office, that man was taken by a private vehicle to the hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the accident.
