If you haven’t been out on Kingman and Montana Rds go check out proximity park. The new roads are complete and no it is just a matter time before construction will begin in the area. City manager Richard Nienstedt breaks down the next steps in the projects.
He adds that the location of the park will attract companies because of it’s easy on and off I-35 and access to other amenities. Proximity park is located southeast of Ottawa on Kingman Rd.
