An old building at 401 South Main in Ottawa will see new life. The Ottawa city commission approved the issuance of industrial revenue bonds for a sales tax exemption on construction materials and labor for the developer of the project. Commissioner Mike Skidmore wants residents to know the city is not losing any money.
The building is near the old courthouse in downtown Ottawa.
