Will the Kansas supreme court accept the current of funding for public schools? We’ll find out in a few weeks, state representative Blaine Finch of Ottawa says, “I expect the court to say ‘yes’, but there could be more trouble down the road.”
Finch says, “The big increase in school funding may satisfy the high court, but it could spell financial trouble for the state in coming years.”
