Former Carnegie Center Director Randy Endicott has pleaded guilty to a class “A” misdemeanor of sexual battery. Appearing in court Monday, Endicott was sentenced to a suspended 12-month term, with 12 months of court-supervised probation. Two other conditions, he must register as a sex offender for 15 years and have no contact with the victim.

He was arrested on April 6th at the Carnegie Center on Franklin County warrant for aggravated criminal sodomy after a long investigation.
