WILLIAMSBURG — For $1, Harriet Gilkey of Williamsburg won $10,000. Gilkey bought a winning Blackjack Instant Scratch Game at the Ottawa Amoco while she was picking up her medication. When she stopped for fuel, she purchased a few tickets. At first she didn’t believe she had won and she said she still has a hard time believing she won. She plans to buy new flooring for her home.
