HUTCHINSON — Some area officers were among the 36 law enforcement officers who graduated Friday from the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center at Hutchinson — Franklin County deputies Tera Belcher and Sam Smith, Osage County deputy Stephen Hudson and Pleasanton police officer Tommy More. Kansas Gov. Mark Parkinson and University of Kansas chancellor Bernadette Gray-Little met with the graduates and offered congratulations.
