BALDWIN CITY — A Baldwin City Republican has filed to challenge Democrat state Rep. Tony Brown of Baldwin City. Terri Lois Gregory has filed with the Kansas Secretary of State’s office. Brown, a former Baker University instructor, is in his first term as a representative of the 10th District, which includes northern Franklin County.
