GARNETT — A Garnett city commissioner faces opposition from two other candidates in Tuesday’s city election. Greg Gwin was appointed to the commission earlier and faces opposition from newcomers Jeneace Brummel and Jan Fagg. The budget, making the city more accessible to handicapped people, sidewalks along Park Road and the city’s recreation programs have been some of the issues in this year’s election. The winner will be elected to a three-year term.
