The Franklin County Commission recently sent a letter to Osage County resident Gene Hirt informing him that he was no longer allowed to attend meeting or study session held by the commissioner, received the letter from Franklin County Administrator Derek Brown, who say, public safety is a concern.
Hirt got into a heated argument with planning and building Director Larry Walrod outside the chambers concerning events at a meeting in 2008. Hirt has asserted that his doctors are in the building. The letter stated that he could enter the Annex building only for medical purposes.
