There’s probably a million pieces of debris on Franklin County roads and who’s going to pick it all up? It may call for outside help. Emergency management Director Alan Radcliff told the county there is one available option.
Radcliff says, “Getting disaster money to pay for contractors is always somewhat of a gamble, but with roads in such desperate shape, it may be worth the risk.”
