Work on Stafford Road in Wellsville is about to get underway in preparation for a major trucking facility. During the regular city council meeting, City Engineer Mike Brungardt discussed what kind of upgrade Stafford Road will get.
Brungardt says, “The contract needs to be reviewed by the city attorney before work can actually get underway.”
