There’s no doubt that the levy around Ottawa is sound, but what about some of its equipment? Ottawa Public Works Director Michael Haeffele says, “He wants to talk to the Army Corps of Engineers.”
Haeffele was reviewing his proposed budget with the Ottawa City Commission.
