The Americans with disabilities act are 29 years old, and the Ottawa City Commission has approved a proclamation to recognize the occasion. Kyle Trendel is the chairman of the accessibility advisory board, he says, “Two major projects are needed.”
Trendel says, “Many small projects have been completed. Projects that may not get much publicity but still improve the lives of the disabled.”
