We’ve all seen it happen or had it happen to us. Tripping over an area on a sidewalk that is raised up or cracked. Lately, many people have taken to social media to complain about the City of Ottawa not keeping the sidewalks fixed. Whose responsibility is it to maintain sidewalks? Public Works Director Michael Haeffle has the answer and a possible solution.
He adds that the program has been around for many years and many people have taken advantage of the program.
