Should the Franklin County Juvenile Detention Center be closed or continued in operation? That’s the question before the County Commission. During a study session, County Administrator Derek Brown noted there may be several ways of closing the $355,000 operating gap.
Brown says, “Other officials and I will launch a study and come up with several recommendations for the County Commission to consider.”
