Perhaps one reason so many students in the Ottawa School District are not doing as well as they should is that teachers aren’t as effective as they could be. Ottawa school superintendent Doctor Ryan Cobbs says, “The fault starts at the top.”
Cobbs says, “The district is undertaking several initiatives to make teachers more effective, which in turn means students will learn better.”
