A proposed new house at 436 South Poplar Street in Ottawa appears to have the green light. The Ottawa Board of Zoning Appeals met to consider several zoning matters surrounding the house. Ottawa planner Sarah Anzicek described the project.
Its turns out that the lot was vacant for over 20 years. The Board of Zoning Appeals granted an exception to several existing zoning regulations because it was a lot that existed before modern zoning regulations.
