OTTAWA — The 11-year-old boy who was struck by a car Tuesday morning while he was riding a bicycle across Seventh Street at the Prairie Spirit Trail has been treated at Overland Park Regional Hospital and released. Ottawa police identified the driver as Charlotte Brown, 84, Ottawa.
