The north part of Ottawa may soon see some new development at the expense of swimming pool enthusiast. The Ottawa planning commission is studying a possible project at 913 East Wilson Street. City planner Sarah Anzicek says, “It involves something most people are familiar with.”
City staff findings support the stated goal of the project. The project is owned by Rick Dietz, who owns other properties with the goal of revitalizing various parts of Ottawa.
