Parts of Ottawa are once again underwater, and it may be that way for several days. Ottawa Police Chief Adam Weingartner held a news conference late yesterday.
Weingartner says, “There were several water rescues, but no injuries. Pomona Lake has reduced water discharge to help out the situation in Ottawa.” Some areas of town received up to 12 inches of rain.
