The flooding in Ottawa brings back bitter memories that are still all too fresh. Ottawa Community development Director Wyndee Lee says, “It’s a bitter reminder of the need to manage abnormal events.”
Lee says, “The flooding in Ottawa may be the worst since the levee was built and maybe since the 1951 flood.”
