The Franklin County Commission has given its approval to a behavioral health grant of about $75,000 for the Community Corrections Department. Department Director Dustin Browning says, “The grant comes from the Kansas Department of Corrections.” Browning has requested for a lot more.
Browning says, “The cut was among many made by the Department of Corrections.”
