If you’ve had the misfortune to have to go to Franklin County District Court, one thing you might have noticed besides all the legal issues is that the temperature fluctuates a lot. Maintenance Director Brandon Sands told the County Commission that extensive maintenance is needed.
Sands says, “I’ll explore other options to try and bring the cost down while still fixing the basic climate control problem in the district court building.”
