A number of facilities owned by Franklin County are in serious need of repair, and the Count Commission got a briefing during a special study session. Maintenance Director Brandon Sands says, “The old courthouse clock tower is defunct.”
Sands says, “A partial repair job would run around $42,000. Part of the cost of clock repairs might be covered by a grant.”
