The Kansas Commerce Department is finding itself having to start all over again that was one clear message from the annual eggs and issues breakfast held at AdventHealth Ottawa. Commerce Secretary David Toland was the guest speaker. He says, “One program coming back involves the Main Street.”
Toland says, “15 years ago the Commerce Department had around 30 million dollars in its budget. Right now it has about $11 million budgeted.”
