OTTAWA — Franklin County Commissioner Don Hay said he will seek re-election for his seat. He said he’s disenchanted with his fellow commissioners who he said have the wrong priorities. The county needs to be keeping up the road system, which Hay said is going to pot. He said he supports a new juvenile detention center but now is not the right time to spend the money. Commissioners Don Stottlemire of Rantoul and Sue Farrell of Ottawa haven’t filed but are likely to announce. Other people have requested information on how to file.
