It looks like the partnership between the Ottawa City Commission and the Ottawa Main Street Association is becoming more frayed. During the City Commission study session, commissioner Tom Weigand compared it to a troubled marriage.
The City Commission plans to make a decision about whether to continue funding the Main Street Association in one of their September meetings.
