The purchase of a new road grader for Franklin county is all set. Public works director David Lee told the county commission that the grader involves a five-year financing plan.
Lee says he was surprised to see the Sterling Bank participating in the bidding, but the bank has been involved in Franklin county projects in past years. Sterling is about 30 minutes North-northwest of Hutchinson.
