OTTAWA — A former Wellsville High School teacher received 12 months probation in Franklin County District Court Monday for having sex with one of his students. According to court records, Jeb Clements will have to register as a sex offender and submit to random alcohol testing. He resigned a year ago. In January, he admitted to having sex with a 16-year-old student.
