Here’s a good news and bad news situation: first the good news: franklin county roads are getting better….and the bad news…..there’s a long way to go. Franklin county public works director David Lee says it’s a long haul.
Lee says early estimate of repairs on the culvert could be about 200 thousand dollars. He says much more work needs to be done before arriving at a final price tag.
