OTTAWA — Ottawa police said 28-year-old Cynthia Fortin of Ottawa went around a street barricade in the 300 block of North Locust Street. She got caught. Literally. Police said her vehicle plowed into a freshly-poured roadway yesterday afternoon, causing damage to her vehicle. Police ticketed her for disobeying a street barrier.
