OTTAWA — The Franklin County Health Department have an open house Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. There won’t be any special activities scheduled but there will be door prizes, said health director Midge Ransom. The open house will give the public a look at the recently completed remodeling project, the office’s new services and personnel, she said. The health department is open 7:30-4:30 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 7:30-6:15 Wednesday.
