OTTAWA — Ottawa city commissioners will vote on issuing $1 million in temporary bonds for rebuilding the Ottawa airport. During Monday’s study session, commissioners put the bond vote on the agenda for Wednesday night at 7. The airport and several airplanes were severely damaged by a windstorm last summer. The city will use insurance proceeds and money from the bonds to rebuild the terminal and main hangar south of the present site.
