With the completion of the performing arts center at Ottawa High School coming very soon, the Ottawa school district will have come full circle since the passing of the bond issue a few years ago. The project accomplished by the bond have put Ottawa schools at the top. District Superintendent Doctor Ryan Cobbs says others are taking notice.
He added that a ribbon cutting and dedication of the performing arts center at the high school would be coming soon and that the public would be invited.
