Ottawa isn’t the only city in the area still suffering from bad roads due to the excessive cold last winter and drenching rains this spring and summer. City Manager RIchard Nienstedt says city crews aer hard at road repairs every chance they get.
He encourages people to call the city public works department and report potholes that need attention.
