Another school district has filed a law suit against an e-cigarette manufacturer. The Lawrence school district is the latest to pursue litigation over vaping. Kansas News Service Bradley Jepsen has more.
The vote on Monday was 6-0 by the Lawrence School Board. The Manhattan-Ogden’s School Board approved a similar lawsuit last week.
