OTTAWA — Ottawa police said they received a report of a theft of items from an unlocked car parked in the 1500 block of South Cedar Street sometime before noon Sunday. Ottawa has seen a spate of thefts from unlocked vehicles. Police remind motorists to lock their cars and hide valuables. Callers can receive a reward and remain anonymous.
