Is a fabric carport a structure or not? That’s the question the Ottawa planning commission may soon be wrestling with. Ottawa planner Sarah Anzicek says without requiring permits and regulating tent like carports, it could become chaotic.
The planning commission is expected to take up the matter in future meetings.
