OTTAWA — The second annual Family Bluegrass Festival will be July 31 at Forest Park. Organizer John Williams said the free festival will include four bands, including two from the Ottawa area; vendors, and kids’ activities. The Ottawa City Commission agreed to let Williams use part of Forest Park. Forest Park is a change of location for the festival, which was held at Ottawa Music last year. Williams said he expects enough new visitors that he needs a larger site this year.
