GARNETT — That annual pre-Mother’s Day event, the Garnett Square Ffair was Saturday. The event included crafts, food, entertainment and lots of sunshine. However, whether it was the economy or the construction work at the courthouse, many vendors reported business was down although Miami County Conservation District’s Jenny Jasper reported that her underground tunnel trailer was popular.
