OTTAWA — The dean of the business school at East Texas Baptist University, Marshall, Texas, is now dean of Ottawa University’s new school of business. Dr. Charles Williams has more than 12 years of experience in higher education and 20 years of professional experience in business and engineering. He began at OU this week. OU president Kevin Eichner said Williams has a good combination of an academic background and considerable practical business-world experience.
