EDGERTON — An oilfield tank exploded and was thrown several yards onto a road north of Edgerton Wednesday. Johnson County Dispatch said the explosion was likely caused by a lightning strike. The road was blocked while emergency workers put out the fire and cleaned the debris off the road.
