A Kansas Congressman is making waves with his fervent support of Kansas farmers. Congressman Roger Marshall was on FOX News Monday reacting to news that a partial trade agreement with China is apparently in the offing.
Marshall and other officials say farmers have really suffered because of not being able to sell grain to China as a result of the trade war.
