RICHMOND — This thief was a real turkey. A Richmond man reported to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department that someone stole a metal turkey chair, a five-gallon bucket with pad and a turkey blind from the 2300 block of Clark Road northwest of Richmond. The loss was estimated at $250.
