Ottawa University expanded its vision into the sporting world this year, adding esports. Competitive gaming is big business and OU went all out to create a state-of-the-art esports arena for the team to practice and compete in. Ottawa University President Dr. Reggies Wenyika says the program was recently featured in “Ed Tech” magazine.
The OU Theatre Production Department recently held their play in the esports arena and Wenyika added that he will be teaching the gospels from the same room next semester.
