OTTAWA — A 19-year-old Pomona man is in jail in connection with two burglaries from parked vehicles Wednesday night. Phillip Guyle is in jail on suspicion of theft and auto burglary. Ottawa police said he was arrested in connection with two vehicle burglaries occurring in the 700 block of South Poplar last night.
