It looks like Franklin County will, in a way, go back to the drawing board when it comes to fixing long-standing heating and cooling problems at the District Court. County Administrator Derek Brown says he’s planning to solicit design ideas from engineering companies.
The county commission heard various plans for fixing the problems, but is likely to wait to see what kind of redesign options come in before making any final decisions.
