OTTAWA — It’s a trip back to the drawing board for the Ottawa school buses. Supt. Dean Katt said he’ll have to talk to city planning officials about modifying his plan to build a 14-bus parking lot. The bids for the work came in higher than school officials had thought. Katt said the board decided that $300,000 was too much. The original plans called for fencing, lighting and more paving. Katt said he plans to talk to city planning officials about other options.
